JS2 Structures & Fencing

What started as a small business has grown into a family tradition built on hard work, quality craftsmanship, and a genuine love for helping people improve their properties.

John founded JS2 in 1996 while also working as a professional farrier. Even during those busy years of traveling and raising a family, the business never stopped. Every project was built with the same pride and attention to detail that John brought to every aspect of his work.

As life evolved and the kids grew up, John retired from horseshoeing and dedicated himself full-time to the construction business. Over the past decade, we’ve focused entirely on building fences, barns, riding arenas, and other property improvements for families throughout our community.

Today, our company is truly a family business. Sarah, John's wife and love of his life for the past 25 years, keeps everything running behind the scenes by handling scheduling, estimates, and paperwork. Their two children also grew up learning the trade alongside their parents. Both can run almost any piece of equipment available, and now as a young adult, their daughter continues to play an important role by helping manage materials, hauling trailers, and keeping projects moving smoothly.

We are very lucky to have a wonderful crew work for us who are more than employees—they are a part of our extended family. We take pride in creating a positive work environment and treating every customer’s property with the same care and respect we’d give our own, and our crew member all feel the same way.
